Maha Al Amin, a graduate of ACCES Employment’s Human Resources Connections program and successful HR professional shares her insight on current trends in HR and jobs in the sector. 

Human resources is no longer seen as an administrative function.  Companies now recognize the strategic value of managing their most valuable assets – their people.  The sector is increasingly moving towards technology and analytics.  There is a greater opportunity to measure and analyze employee data to better inform business decisions and manage people.  As a result, there are new opportunities in the field for those interested in these new areas of specialization.
